Mr Nguyen Dinh Tu – President

Mr Tu is one of WSS’s founders. He has intensive knowledge and rich experience in finance- banking sector and law principal. In his career, Mr Tu has been worked at many high positions in large enterprises, such as President of Ocean Bank. Now, Mr Tu is the manager of establishment board of Kinh Bac commercial bank and Dong Duong insurance company, Vice Chief Editor of Corporations and Brand names magazine.

Ms Pham Diem Hoa – CEO

Ms Hoa post-graduated in Australia Securities University, major in Finance. Ms Hoa has a wide knowledge of Vietnamese as well as global securities market. Prior to joining WSS, Ms Hoa had over 5 years of working experience at Melbourne Securities companies, Australia and 1 working year at Habubank Securities company in Vietnam. Moreover, Ms Hoa is a membership of Australia Banking and Securities association. The academic and comprehensive understanding in securities market combination with a long working period in this sector, abroad and domestic, helps Ms Hoa do well at this position.

Mr Pham Duc Long - Vice CEO

Mr Pham Duc Long is equipped comprehensive understanding of corporate finance and law principals. He holds master of corporate finance at Victoria University in Australia, a master of finance – banking at Hanoi National Economics University and a bachelor of finance – banking & economic law at University of Hanoi Law.

Ms. Vu Ngoc Lan - Vice CEO

Ms. Lan post graduated Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Australia. Ms Lan is equipped broad knowledge of investment analysis, planning investment project, company establishment, M&A activities and corporate management and innovation. Besides, Ms .Lan also graduated another master degree of Port and Shipping Management in Holland. She holds an economic bachelor degree at Hanoi National Economics University and a B.A degree at Hanoi Foreign Languages University. Ms. Lan has over 10 years experience at various positions, such as sales, accountant, financial research and analysis at representative office of Best Return Investment, a Japanese company, Foreign labor cooperate – Southern branch and Habubank securities company.

Mr Dang Van Thanh – Advanced Consultant

Mr Thanh has many experiences in Vienam macroeconomic management, as well as Vietnam securities market. Mr Thanh is responsible for many strategic missions in Government authorities. Before being an advanced consultant of WSS, Mr Thanh was the Vice President of Economic and Budget Committee of Congress. With his experience, Mr Thanh plays an important role in helping management team plan and executes business strategies and policy of WSS.

Mr Nguyen Hai Hong – Head of Information Technology Office

Mr Hong is a bachelor of Electric – Information – Communication of Hanoi University of Technology in 1999. With 8 working years, Mr Hong participated in more than 200 Information Technology and Telecommunication projects of Government and multinational corporations. Mr Hong achieved working experience certificates at large technology corporations, such as: Cisco, HP, IBM, Microsoft, and Apple…

Prior to joining WSSS, Mr Hong was the director of Technical and Services at Thakral Brother, Vietnam.

Mr Vu Ngoc Tu – Head of Law and Risk Management Office

Mr Tu is a master of law at New South Wales University, Australia. He was a bachelor of law at Hanoi University of Law, economic bachelor at Hanoi National economic university. Mr Tu had 10 working years as law expert. He was also worked at Tan Viet Securities Company. He gained many experiences of Vietnam law principals, especially in finance, securities, and tax and investment sectors.

Mr Nguyen Ha Nam - Deputy Head of Information Technology Office

Mr Nam graduated from Hanoi National University, major in Information Technology. He post graduated master of Computer science at Chungwang University, Korea. Prior to joining WSS, Mr Nam was a professor. He also did research of software designs, developed and managed system at Information Technology University.

Mr Hoang Tri Cuong - Head of Advisory Office

Mr Cuong is equipped intensive knowledge in finance, IT and business management sectors. Recently, he graduated master of applied finance at Western Sydney University, Australia.

Prior to joining WSS, Mr Cuong worked at VPBS Securities Company, in corporate finance advisory department. He gains comprehensive knowledge, especially in finance, securities, seasonal IPO advisory, listing advisory and advisory of conversion between corporate types.
