- Wall Street Securities Joint stock company is founded by Cable and Telecommunications Material Joint Stock Company and Duc Giang Garment Company, and some experienced individuals. On 20th Dec 2007, WSS is officially issued license to operate.
- On 30th Jan 2008, WSS becomes the 65th member of Hanoi Securities Trading Central.
- On 29th Feb 2008, WSS becomes the 73rd member of Hochiminh Securities Trading Central.
- On 1st Mar 2008, Mr Pham Duc Long is elected as Vice President and Vice Deputy CEO. Ms Pham Diem Hoa is elected as Vice President and Mr Tran Quoc Dung as Vice CEO.
- On 22nd Apr 2008, WSS began to operate officially, hold successfully the ceremony of trading central at No 212 Tran Quang Khai Street, Hanoi.
- On 1st Jul 2008, WSS signed the contract with Chuong Duong branch – Vietinbank and VietinBank securities company. In the contract, two parties pledged to support each other to develop business operations, exploit potential securities market as well as other sectors in which both have interest.
